Replay Of My Interview With Adam Urbanski Is Now Available

If you missed my call with ‘The Marketing Mentor’, Adam Urbanski you can listen to it here.

He is an amazing teacher and you will take away many gems of wisdom that will help you build and grow your business by utiliizing proper online marketing.  He also offered my listeners some incredible discounts for the Attract Clients Like Crazy Bootcamp next month. This is not something that Adam does and I admit to being floored by his very generous offers.

I hope to see you in California next month!

Virtual Assistance Industry Expert Denise Griffitts will interview Lucinda Cross, President of Ultimate VA Support.com

UPDATE: We had to cancel today’s BlogTalkRadio show as Lucinda Cross had technical problems and could not make it. I am so sorry, but we will see about re-scheduling soon.

Next Friday I will be interviewing Judy Peebles, “The Journaling Jenius” and hope to see you on the call.

Happy Thanksgiving all!

Denise
————————————–

Tomorrow I am delighted to interview Lucinda Cross of Ultimate VA Support.  Lucinda contacted me for advice and mentoring some months ago and I have watched her grow her business with something approaching awe.  This girl is on fire!

Lucinda Cross’s passion for business encouraged her to establish her first New York based company named “LC Associates” also known as Ultimate VA Support.  There she worked directly with small businesses developing creative strategies to bring their products and services to market by providing administrative and marketing support.  Lucinda has a vast array of experience and is an accomplished problem solver, working in and out of the box in order to resolve client’s issues.

With several years of operational, organizational and marketing experience, Lucinda Cross has developed a sharp eye for how businesses get bloated with inefficiencies, cross-purposes and miscommunication — and how they can retool for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused organization.

As an entrepreneur who quickly built her own successful consulting business, she also discovered a loophole within her own industry. As an industry leader and marketing strategist, she created “Marketing Made Easy For Virtual Assistants and Online Professionals” and “Niche Marketing for Virtual Assistants”; programs dedicated to helping online professionals and virtual assistants market smarter and build successful businesses.  She is also the host of Marketing Mondays a weekly radio show that provides tips and resources for marketing on a shoestring budget.

Topics we will be discussing include:

  • Doubling Your Business in 90 Days
  • Marketing Made Easy: A Hidden Gold Mine
  • Creating Teams that Work
  • Time Management the Easy Way
  • Three Simple to Steps to Reaching Your Goals
  • Niche Marketing

If you’re like most Virtual Assistants, Web Developers, Coaches, or other online service professionals, you wish you could clone yourself. Phones ringing, email piling up and client project lists growing longer and longer.  At the same time, you wish you could clone your best clients–and keep the ones you have.In the midst of this, comes the question: “Do you do…copywriting…sales letters…marketing…(fill in the blank)?”  Since you really want to help your clients, you may stretch yourself to take it on, even with all your other responsibilities calling you. You do it because you want to serve your clients to the best of your ability–knowing the more successful they are, the more successful you are. Yet marketing and copywriting is one of the more complex and challenging areas for any business owner, especially online businesses.  Wouldn’t it be great to get a crash course it the “must knows” of online marketing and copywriting?

How To Build a Membership Site For Your Virtual Assistance Clients

One of the most asked for processes that our virtual assistance and web development clients ask for is for us to build and maintain one or multiple membership sites.  We use several different programs which I will be sharing with you here over the next few weeks.

One of my favorites systems is iGrOOps.com which is a pay-per-membership online group with web applications for collaboration. What does this mean for you and your virtual assistance clients?  Plenty!  Membership sites when properly built can maximize the sites potential through focused marketing strategies, membership building tips, membership participation and more.  A membership site allows you to protect premium content such as articles, video clips, course material, downloads and more in a password protected area of the site.  Paid membership websites are a dramatically growing part of online businesses and as a virtual assistant, you need to be able to work with your clients in this very important aspect of their business.

iGrOOP.com includes the ability to charge membership fees to your group with seamless integration with PayPal and AuthorizeNet.  You can use your own domain.  You don’t need to have a programming background or have run a membership site before.  You have unlimited storage space for your group videos, web pages, and other group related files.  Do you publish newsletters or ezines for yourself or your clients?  You can create and manage a list of your newsletter subscribers in your membership site.  The groups marketing efforts are kept private, and the administrator chooses who has access to the group information and applications.

iGrOOps.com has some quite incredible applications:

  • Affiliate program module where you can create your own affiliate program to sell your products and services
  • Audio and Video postcards
  • Autoresponders
  • Blogs
  • Podcasts
  • Articles
  • Calendar
  • Communication system: Discussion boards and private messaging
  • File sharing
  • Support and FAQ
  • Members can build their own web page
  • Photo gallery
  • Reviews
  • Teleconferencing
  • Video / MP3 gallery
  • Web audio chat
  • Web video chat

Examples

Master Business Building Club

International Association of Solopreneurs

What is the cost of all of this? $99 per month with a $99 one time set up fee.  It doesn’t get any better than that!
