More importantly, you pay only for the time actually worked by an experienced professional who understands your business because she, or he, is also a small business owner as well as an established online entrepreneur.

Retainer plans range from $75 per hour to $95 (or higher, depending on the complexity of the project) and are determined on an individual basis according to the task.

Services Terms

Your Virtual Assistant offers professional services on a retainer basis.  Our retainer plans require a minimum of 20 hours per month. If you require a one-time project please consider our small project plan.

  • Confirmation letter or e-mail with project specifications must be signed before services are performed.
  • Signed retainer agreement and retainer fee must be received by our office before work begins.
  • Complex rush  projects requiring a 24-hour or less turnaround and projects involving weekend and /or public holiday work may be subject to an additional 50% charge. (Frankly, we have never actually charged this, but our attorney says we have to let you know that it is a possibility.)
  • We accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, PayPal, Google Checkout,  in-state business checks, and out-of-state business checks for established companies.

Your Virtual Assistant offers substantial savings to clients who require ongoing support with our monthly retainer plan. We accept new clients on a 20 hour per month minimum retainer. If you need a one-time project undertaken, please consider the small project plan.

Small  Project Plan

This plan plan is perfect for the online entrepreneur who is faced with a deadline or a project that is best undertaken by a professional. This plan requires a 10 hour minimum.  If you feel that you don’t need a highly technical virtual assistant working with you for 10 hours on a small project, we are happy to refer you to one of our partner virtual assistance firms.

$75 per hour, 10 hour minimum
 $750 Deposit / Payment
 Weekly invoicing if project is extended by client

Large Project Plan

We will estimate costs for your complete project, including time and materials. This is a free service. Large projects can include website development, WordPress platform web/blog development, video creation, social networking implementation, etc.
